Project Description Working on creating early AI prototypes to drive experimentation in Sanoma Learning. Role Responsibilities The Data Scientist / AI Engineer will contribute to advancing AI experimentation at Sanoma Learning. Part-Time Performance Marketer & Social Media Manager (Johnson Boy) Location: Remote (Ireland/UK preferred) Hours: 10–20 hours per week Rate: €25–€35 per hour (DOE) Start: ASAP Contract: Part-time freelance Johnson Boy is a fast-growing men’s intimate hygiene brand rooted in confidence, design and modern sexuality. We’re building a bold, premium presence in a category that has been ignored for decades, and we’re looking for someone who can help push the brand forward fast. This role blends data, creativity and social strategy. You’ll run our ads, produce content and keep our social channels active and growing. If you like moving fast and seeing your work translate directly into sales, this is your role. Your Responsibilities You’ll take ownership of three pillars: 1. Performance Marketing - Run and optimise Meta and TikTok ads - Test creatives, audiences and hooks - Scale what works and cut what doesn’t - Pull weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations - Improve CAC, ROAS and overall ad efficiency 2. UGC and Content Production - Source, brief and manage UGC creators - Develop creative concepts and scripts - Edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram - Maintain a weekly pipeline of new creatives - Analyse what formats and styles perform best 3. Social Media Management - Build and maintain a posting schedule for Instagram and TikTok - Plan weekly content calendars - Upload and schedule posts - Monitor comments and DMs for engagement (light, not CX work) - Keep the brand voice consistent, bold and clean You’ll collaborate directly with the founder and have a big influence on the brand’s creative and commercial direction.
