Essential Criteria

Self-motivation and discipline: as a remote team member, you must possess the ability to work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision.

Strong communication skills. Fluent in English (writing and speaking).

Tech-savviness: by working remotely you need to be proficient in using various tools, software, and technology platforms that facilitate virtual collaboration and communication.

Reliability and accountability: Trust is particularly important in our company environment.

Emotional intelligence and empathy for cultural diversity.
