Despre rol
We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Professional Services Manager to join our team.
You will help clients set up and customize Connecteam based on their business needs.
You will integrate it with other platforms.
You will migrate data from their existing systems.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, improve business processes, and provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients daily to understand their needs and deliver professional services.
Configure Connecteam features based on client workflows and business requirements.
Integrate Connecteam with other platforms and migrate data from existing tools.
Complete client tasks and implementation activities independently.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementations.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working in a SaaS company (required).
Native-level English proficiency (required).
Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working with new tools and technologies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering quality service.
