We are seeking a CRM Developer with a focus on Salesforce to support the design, development, and optimization of our CRM systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience, is detail-oriented, and can deliver efficient solutions that improve system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage custom fields, objects, and page layouts within Salesforce.
Design and maintain automation flows, validation rules, and process builders.
Develop and implement email templates, reports, and dashboards.
Customize Lightning pages and build custom-coded components when needed.
Research and recommend new Salesforce features, apps, or integrations to improve workflow efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers a plus).
Experience building and managing reports, dashboards, and layouts.
Proficient in customizing and extending Salesforce functionality using configuration and code.
Ability to research, evaluate, and implement new CRM features or tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Resourceful and efficient coding habits with attention to scalability and performance.
Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
