Key Responsibilities

Overseeing A/P cycle

Manage entering bills into NetSuite

Manage reporting of A/P aging and other vender related reportsAssist with processing vender and payroll paymentsCreate reconciliations for A/P related accounts on a monthly basisCreate A/P and vender accrualsSupport employee expense report processMonthly bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist in the preparation of journal entries and the completion associated GLreconciliationsResearch, track, and resolve accounting and/or documentation detailed issuesrelated to A/P and Payroll processingCompile reports/summaries of financial activity for external monthly reviewAbout YouBachelor’s degree a plusA strong attention to detailKnowledge of basic accounting and payroll principles3+ years of relevant experienceSkill at analyzing data and reconciling account balancesAbility to perform duties with accuracy and integrityAbility to interpret and apply policies or procedures consistently and accuratelyto various situations regarding payroll and accounting duties
