Key responsibilities:

Support of the existing extensive code base (microservices);· Development of external connection points to the trading system: backend for interfaces, HTTP API, FIX API;· Optimization and modification of the architecture of existing infrastructure in order to increase productivity and facilitate further maintenance.

Requirements:

3+ years of Scala development experience;· Knowledge of various JVM multithreading models (blocking, CAS, Future/Promise, Actors);· Understanding of the basic ideas of functional programming (recursion, laziness, pure functions);· Knowledge and ability to work with scala collections, understanding of for-comprehensions;· Experience with the akka library (akka-http, akka-streams, actor model);· Knowledge of basic data structures and basic algorithms;

· Experience with SQL;

Ability to write tests and understanding the need for this;· Independence and responsibility in work.
