Junior Performance Optimization Manager (Social)

Create and manage social campaigns (TikTok / Linkedin/ Meta / Google Ads) from start to finish, including developing targeting strategies, writing ad copy, under the guidance of senior team members. Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve client’s media or performance goals. Analyze campaign data and generate reports to share with the team. Stay up-to-date on advertising best practices and industry trends. Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaign success. Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations. Requirements Experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns ( up to 6 months). Understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and targeting options. Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign data to inform optimization strategies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
