What You’ll Own
Lead 7 leaders and a team of 35
Drive KPI performance + client ROI
Capacity planning, hiring, profitability
Enforce SOPs, playbooks, accountability
Remove roadblocks, ensure delivery quality
What You Bring
8+ years experience (4+ in marketing/project mgmt)
4+ years managing 10+ (scaled 50–100 teams)
Strong across digital channels (SEO, paid, web, etc.)
Proven in $15M-$50M+ environments
Systems + KPI-driven operator
Strong leader, highly organized, data-driven
Agency experience + EOS familiarity (asset)
Experience leading development and strategic adoption of AI agents to automate workflows and enhance business outcomes
