Customer Support Representative

Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat and email;

Help customers with account verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform navigation;

Resolve day-to-day customer requests independently and involve relevant teams when needed;

Work in a fast-changing iGaming environment and quickly adapt to new processes and information;

Identify customer needs and introduce relevant bonuses or offers when appropriate;

Maintain strong service quality while meeting individual and team performance goals;

Work 12 hour shifts, primarily on a 2/2 schedule, including approximately 3-4 night shifts per month.

We need your professional experience:

1+ year of experience as a Customer Support Agent, Customer Support Representative, Customer Service Agent, or in a similar customer role, preferably within iGaming or another B2C industry;

Experience supporting customers via live chat, email, or other digital channels;

Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and spoken;

Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and information;

Experience with account verification, deposits, withdrawals, or similar customer requests will be a plus.
